Terms of Service
GenoAccel is pre-launch. Binding terms of service are being drafted with counsel and will be published here, and linked from signup, before the platform accepts customer data.

Pending legal review.
Publishing a plausible-looking terms document that has not been reviewed by a lawyer would be worse than publishing nothing: it creates the appearance of a binding agreement without the substance of one, and for a platform that will process protected health information the stakes are not theoretical.
The launch set comprises terms of service, a privacy notice, a Data Processing Agreement, a Business Associate Agreement template, an acceptable use policy and a service level agreement — all legally reviewed. That work is scheduled in engineering Build Phase 5.
