A Three.Group platform.

GenoAccel is built by Three.Group, a software development company. The platform is engineered for a domain where a wrong answer has consequences, and the engineering choices reflect that.

The company behind the platform.

Three.Group is the software development company that builds and operates GenoAccel. It is the entity to talk to about the wider platform portfolio.

The recommended corporate structure is GenoAccel as its own Delaware C corporation with Three.Group holding founder equity. That gives investors pure-play exposure to genomics rather than to a mixed portfolio, isolates liability for a business that will handle protected health information, keeps the CLIA and SOC 2 scope clean, and leaves a straightforward acquisition path. Final structuring is with corporate counsel.

Five choices that shape everything else.

The tenant boundary is the security boundary. Every query is organisation-scoped at the repository layer or it does not ship.

Compliance is a byproduct. Audit logs, encryption and access control are structural, so evidence collection is a side effect of running the system rather than a project before an audit.

Results are immutable. Analyses are append-only. Reproducibility is a regulatory requirement, not a nice-to-have.

Control plane and execution plane are separated by a queue, not a shared library, so the web application and the scientific pipeline can be validated independently.

No number is published before it is measured. This is the one that costs us marketing copy, and it is the one that matters most to the audience we are building for.

Openly, with the gaps named.

The control plane is built and continuously tested: domain model, persistence with tenant isolation, structured logging with PHI redaction, the twenty-locale internationalisation layer, API security middleware, projects and samples with sample-sheet import, and the full resumable upload lifecycle with checksum verification, job submission and metering, and a role-scoped members area. 1,171 automated tests pass on every change.

Not built: the FPGA execution plane, payment processing, a live cloud environment, and every compliance certification. Those are specified in detail and sequenced — see the investor overview for the phase plan and what each phase requires.
